Order Processing + Ship Times

Ground orders

Ground orders placed Monday through Friday will typically ship within 4 business days.

We offer free shipping on all orders over $20 USD. Other orders may be subject to an additional fee based on geography.

It's been several days after I ordered, what do I do?

We're typically much faster than our 4 day ship time -- please note unexpected delays can (and probably will) happen. 

For any order outside the 4 day processing window, please feel free to contact us at support@harbor.works. We'll do what we can to get orders out ASAP.  

Expedited orders (Two day or One day)
Expedited orders placed Monday through Friday before 5 pm ET will ship out within 2 business days.
Expedited orders placed after 5 pm ET will ship out the following business day.

All orders are subject to availability and credit authentication. During sale and holiday periods, additional processing time may be required.

You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your order has shipped.
