Ground orders

Ground orders placed Monday through Friday will typically ship within 4 business days.

It's been several days after I ordered, what do I do?

We're typically much faster than our 4 day ship time -- please note unexpected delays can (and probably will) happen. 

For any order outside the 4 day processing window, please feel free to contact us at support@harbor.worksWe'll do what we can to get orders out ASAP.  

Expedited orders (Two day or One day)
Expedited orders placed Monday through Friday before 5 pm ET will ship out the same business day.
Expedited orders placed after 5 pm ET will ship out the following business day.

All orders are subject to availability and credit authentication. During sale and holiday periods, additional processing time may be required.

You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your order has shipped.

Returns

We know not everything works out every time. Items returned within 30 days of receipt in original condition and with tags attached will be refunded to the original payment method.

Refunds for all transactions will be issued to the original form of payment or store credit. Items purchased at a discount of 30% or more are Final Sale and therefore not eligible for return or exchange.

How Can I Return My Item?

In-Person Returns (We love these ♡):

  • We will gladly accept returns in-person at our booth in Oldport. Check in with us when opening a return that this is a viable option for your return.
    • Please note that all returns will still be subject to our quality assessment process and may not be accepted.
      • Please ensure all items have their original tags attached and do not have any damages. We really don't want to deny returns, so please do what you can to keep your item in good quality before returning.
  • Live on the Peninsula? Don't want to drive downtown or ship your return?
    • We can come pick up your item to make things a bit easier for everyone. Give us your preferred address + pickup time and we will confirm whether your return is eligible.
      • Please note: pickups may not be available based on scheduling, distance, or several other factors. Please chat with our support team for better guidance for your specific return.

Shipping Returns:

  • Want to ship your return the old fashioned way? 
    • Contact our support team (support@harbor.works) to open a Return Request. We'll provide further instructions to move forward with your return. 
      • If you bought online: we highly recommend holding onto your original shipment mailer for re-use. It's economical and environmentally friendly, whats not to love?
      • If you bought in person: our items will fit into most mailers, envelopes, or small boxes. We'll take care of the rest.

Does HARBOR.WORKS sell in person?

Yes! You can find our booth down in Oldport if you'd like to buy in person. Otherwise, feel free to shop our site here.

How can I learn about new product launches?

Feel free to sign up for our mailing list at the bottom of this page!

100% spam free - we will typically only send out promotional emails when we receive new products.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept (almost) all forms of payment, including: Amex, Discover, FB Pay, Paypal, Google Pay, Mastercard, Venmo, and Visa or cash.

We've got a fancy card reader for our in person sales - come check it out.

Is my payment information secure at checkout?

We guarantee optimum security levels for every purchase.

HARBOR.WORKS uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol to encrypt all sensitive information. Our checkout uses only secure modes of communication, visualized by the security symbol at the bottom of your browser, as well as the "https" web address.

With Shopify Payments guarding HARBOR.WORKS, you can feel confident using the highest e-commerce payment protection. When you pay with Shopify Payments or Shop Pay, your financial information is stored in a PCI-Compliant vault. Merchants like HARBOR.WORKS do not actually have access to your sensitive card information.

For our mutual security and fraud prevention, all orders made with a credit or debit card are subject to authorization by Shopify Payments and HARBOR.WORKS. Either may ask for further details before an order is processed to ensure validity.

Can I use more than one discount code per order?

Discount codes cannot be combined. If you have two discount codes you would like to use, you would need to pick one at checkout.
